Growing a New Business

I recently went to a big conference where a gent was being given an award for achievement. He made it to the top. Know what he did? He recruited a total of eight people. That’s it – EIGHT.

Growing a business is HARD. It will not happen overnight unless you have a lot of luck, unless you happen to recruit some people who just ‘burn it up’ and go hog-wild building a business underneath you. Recruiting people is only the beginning! You must support those you recruit in their efforts to build their business, too!

If you are being well supported in your MLM efforts by the people who recruited you you are lucky! Not many people know how to do a good job of it.

Many times you must seek out such support on your own initiative and then you must learn to support the people under you – again on your own initiative.

In this section I will post what I learn, as I learn it!

I’ll also post some pointers to the resources that are making a real difference.

I am finding them, I am getting answers that matter, but I am having to do the digging most times on my own.

The best support I have found so far is personal contact with people who are going the same way. I found a regular local meeting (one that is NOT part of any company I am in) where other network marketers get together to share what is working for them.

And then there is the ever present need to recruit…!

Learning to recruit (or even find and reach) people can suck up a lot of time.  How about if you figured out one or two things that work, and stick to them?
